- First purchase: if the Software is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment by writing to support@vektalo.com with your account email. The licence is then deactivated.
- Renewals: cancel anytime from the customer portal; the subscription ends at the end of the paid period. Started periods are not refunded pro rata unless required by law or for a defect we cannot fix.
- Timing: refunds are issued by Stripe to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
- These rules add to, and do not limit, your rights under consumer protection law.
